"If you want your car fixed right the first time, go to Auto Excel. They stand behind their work and will not do any unnecessary work that isn't needed. They will however point out some things that require attention and then it is up to you whether to bring back later or repair at that time.Though money is a plus, it is about providing excellent car service to consumers."

"I continue to tell them to come in for service and I give them a business card from the stack Eric gave me on an earlier visit. The quality and customer friendly attitude are standard at Auto Excel. It is a shame that the other repair shops I formally have used got to where they took my business for granted and then the quality of the work declined: leaving tools in the engine compartment, leaving my car unlocked loutside the building over night, constantly leaving a greese mess on the interior ( some cannot be avoided I know that but a lack of care for the car's interior was evident), messing with the radio, heat and air settings, leaving food wrappers in the car from somebody's lunch trip, convincing me they could accomplish the impossible and promising completion times for repairs that I then planned around and when the car was not ready they acted as though I was a knucklehead to expect what I had questioned in the first place? The last straw was when my dipstick broke off and slipped down into the oil check spot and then telling me they did not know how it happened is was "that way" when I brought it in. When i found the plastic pull handle elsewhere in the engine compartment where it could not have landed unless the engine blew up they tech came clean and said he was told to say that. Ouch! at least think of a believable lie to tell me. I told the manager of the S and S location I had been using why I would not be back he just said, oh well."
